After spending over $50,000 in coaching over the last decade or so as a student and now a professional, I never really felt like the coaching was focused on my strengths, weaknesses, desire, and vision for my life. Coaching has helped me make more money and achieve a certain level of success, but I never really felt like I was given options when on the road to leveling up. I always felt like my coaches had my best interest in mind, but they were always steering me down the path that led them to success. When I started feeling like my life was becoming incongruent with the systems and methods from my coaches, they never really offered me a alternative. This is why I have had so many different coaches and mentors over the years, because I was always hoping the next one would help my craft my vision and ask me questions about what I wanted my life to look like and how I wanted to get there.

Finally, it hit me. I don't necessarily need someone to tell me what to do, I need someone to ask me the right questions about what I want to do.

This person doesn't have to know everything about every topic nor do they need to come up with the right answer themselves.

They need to have a network that can help work through the nitty gritty.

I finally found what I needed was in mastermind groups focus on strategy rather than specific steps. As I grew in these groups, I knew there were so many other people that needed what I was learning but couldn't afford the $30k+ buy in.

That's when I knew I needed to be a "strategist" for my fellow small businesses and homesteaders. I had built the skills as a service based business owner doing high six figures, as a speaker, author, and homesteader. I had built my network through doing business locally and from my masterminds. I have always been a visionary and big thinker and tend to frequently encourage homesteaders and small business people alike think beyond their current situation and help them dream bigger.
